Pretty sure there was something in the January 20th 2015 ESO livestream, too.
When the uber experience scrolls were introduced in the store, and it was pointed out that they would be better than anything the players could craft, the "aetherial mythic ambrosia" showed up in the game. Yes, they added incredibly rare ingredients that you have to sacrifice your entire family to the rng gremlins to find, and yes, it did take them a while to realize they hadn't actually added the stuff to the loot drop tables and had to do a hotfix, but they did change things so players can craft experience potions equal to the scrolls.1 -

And most sad part about it is that we all believed them, that they wont screw this game with sick store... We trused you guys... I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.0 -

No, they didn't. I do believe, at first, they did forget to add the stuff to the loot tables. I too would like this but I highly doubt you will ever see such a thing.
