Ps4 hide helmet bug

When using to hide helmet option under collectibles, while wearing a outfit the texture of the helmet is placed on my characters face, IF the helmet covers the whole face, when I try to hide a hood it simply does not dissappear.

If I create an outfit with a helmet, then toggle on the hide helmet in collectibles, it erases my hair and leaves a dark tint on the entire head.
