Besides, Master should give you more burst and sustain.
Fire Clench only adds slightly more DoT to the skill. Shock Clench a tiny AoE. Both are inferior to Reach's max range.
Frost Clench is worth considering for niche builds, but you typically want the damage from a fire staff.1 -
deevah✭✭I'd say clench is preferable to reach when using an inferno staff. Reach has that ferris wheel telegraph that any good player will block/dodge. Clench on an inferno looks like any regular LA; because the telegraph is so minimal, so you're more likely to get the knockback.0
