I received a concerned tweet that the free storage chest given at level 18 was not listed in the console patch notes. I checked both sets of patch notes for PC and Consoles and the free chest was not listed in the Level Up Advisor section.

Level 5: Two Green-quality Rings, part of a basic 2-piece Item Set that grants a Max Health bonus
Level 10: Sorrel Horse
Level 15: A choice of 6 blue-quality weapons
Level 20: A costume of choice and a Fire Atronach Crown Crate

However, there was a reference to the free chest in the house furnishing section.

Home Storage Furnishings
We’re pleased to introduce a new form of collectible – storage furnishings! These account-wide items allow you to store 30 or 60 items per collectible, depending on the size. You can acquire four 30-slot coffers and four 60-slot chests, for a combined total of up to 360 storage slots. All four coffers share the same visual appearance, but each has a unique name and can be nicknamed for easy organization. Chests work the same way, with their own shared appearance.
You can purchase storage coffers and chests from the Achievement Mediator, the Crown Store, or from Tel Var Merchants. You can also earn a storage coffer from the Level Up Advisor (detailed below) upon reaching level 18.

The rewards we listed in the patch notes are strictly the milestone rewards, not all rewards you can obtain. The storage furnishing you receive at level 18 is technically not considered a milestone reward (which you receive every 5 levels), but we can confirm you do receive it at that point.

We’ve shortened the duration of this damage shield to match the duration of all other damage shields in the game, but increased the value of the shield to compensate

Hate to burst your bubble but not all shields are 6 seconds in duration

Loving it so far and would especially like to thank the team for fixing the worst of the bugs that appeared on the initial PC release so us console folks did not have to endure them until the next incremental.

Just one small thing though, searching guild store for furnishing items (xbox eu) using the drop downs to selective search it appears that subsections are being listed twice.. no biggy though..
