Launcher stuck at Loading

Just as it says. I have been trying for the past few days since we got the notification that we can preload the game before early access, and all my launcher does is stay at the Loading. I don't even have the options to minimize it or close it out and the loading bar does not move. I even left it overnight and it was still at Loading in the morning. Any help on this would be appreciated

Dwergar✭Update. I just downloaded and installed on my laptop and it works fine. And my PC should be fine as well since I just bought a new one and finished installing windows Mid week. but I am stumped as to why one works and the other does not.0

Dwergar✭Fixed. I un installed the game and reinstalled it in safe mode with network and did not click the VC 2010 distrubitable(or what ever that was) and now it's patching0
