Interface completely vanished

I'm having an extremely frustrating issue where I log in as normal, and then the entire interface is gone. My character is visible and can move around but that's all I can do, there is no interface, and hitting any keys on the keyboard do nothing, including esc. So I can't quit, or log out, and the only thing I can do is to ctrl alt delete to get out. This has happened at least twice, and sometimes it doesn't happen but when it does its infuriating. Any help would be appreciated.

This could be caused by an add-on you have loaded. Make sure add-ons are removed and then see if you still have this issue with the interface.
PC:- Go to the "Elder Scrolls Online" folder in My Documents.
- Open the "live" folder (NA megaserver) or "liveeu" (EU megaserver).
- Remove all files from the "AddOns" folder.
- Remove all files from the "SavedVariables" folder.
- Remove AddOnSettings.txt from the "live" folder.
