I purchased several Outfit slots expecting them to be account bound items I could "use" on one of my characters. Sadly, these applied immediately to the character I was logged into. It makes very little sense for ZOS to not make these account wide unlocks; well except a quick cash infusion I suppose.

That's what happens with bag upgrades and riding skills - if you delete the character they're lose and any new character you make in that slot has to start over. I assume it's the same with outfit slots.

I expected a expensive upgrade to be account wide, if it was 200 crowns per slot I would expect it to be character based

Before this gets moved to another forum section where it will die...
Just a psa reminder to not spend crowns on them and expect 1.5k crowns to give you access to those slots on all characters. Youd think that a upgrade that costs the same as a dlc would be unlocked account wide but zos just lost further revenue for me as I am not paying 15k crowns for 10 slots only to have access to my slots on that character
It would be more tolerable if it was 200 crowns for one character but you decided to price it the same as a dlc...

ESPECIALLY when the wording is vague and does not explain that it is for only one slot. Its almost as if they are trying to trick people. These outfits lots reek of bad business practices.
I do agree that the crown store should say Character Upgrade instead of just Upgrade.
But nobody needs 10 outfit slots on a single character. That's why they'll never be 200 crowns apiece. They're priced as the luxury item they are.
The sad thing is harping on this two weeks later when you've had plenty of time to earn the *** money and buy the *** slots if you're really that passionate about having them.

I disagree. I would rather have 10 different outfits for the characters i roleplay, than have just couple for couple of occasions. If theres something else, need to go to outfit station. Not very funny. Besides one can for example, have outfits for different climates and weathers as well.
