Does the game behave extremely weirdly after the patch?

A little off, but the thing I feel most noticeable about is magicka recovery. Feels very off and sustain feels worse somehow.....

Bar swap and a weird twist to the Cyrodiil lag for me at least. Now I have to press the same button 4-5 times for the skill to be used, and it's the exact same skill every time. If I swap bars, I get to use the skill slotted for the same button without any issue.

PC NA here. No lag probs noted for me right after patch but two odd things happened.

Encountered 2 WB in normal alliance zones who totally ignored my tanks taunts, rendering him completely useless in the fight. Double checked with my running mate to ensure she was not using any taunts (heck, she doesn't even have a taunt or ice staff). Couple days later went back to same bosses and no probs.

Sometimes I am unable to split stacks of items that are in my (not guild) bank like I normally do to resupply food or potions etc. Splitting stacks in my inventory is fine but sometimes can't split stacks my bank. Reported that bug and it has been happening less and less.

Pasting this from other thread just to keep this going because it is really bad. My experience from a single BGs match, completely unacceptable. PC NA, playing from the east coast, no addons enabled, 120 ping (but spikes are part of the issue). All these problems are since Mondays patch. Cyrodiil is also bad, I just thought that the amount of it concentrated into a single BGs match really shows how bad its getting.

1. Ability and bar swap lag.
2. Enemy abilities coming in way late i.e. jabs out of thin air long after enemy players were killed and ported back to their start area.
3. What sounds like getting hit with a shrouded dagger after every re-spawn.
4. An enemy templar slid around on the ground for the rest of the match after being "killed." Except that they were very much able to use all their abilities and go around killing people yet were not able to be targeted. No exaggeration here.
5. Health desyncs and in conjunction, still being able to run around for around 5 seconds after your technically dead. Getting hit with multiple abilities almost guarantees a desync and lag.

I actually like how the lag is affecting the pve side of the game now. As cruel as that is to say. Pvp side has been a lag fest for far too long, we just get ignored because it's a small group of the population. Now that it's lagging in pve the voice is going to get alot louder.

Zos really. We need a major service patch. No *** Costumes and frilly shirts, no dlc dungeons, no frigging crates. As major service overhaul patch. Idc if the games down for a week if there is no lag when I return.

I noticed if I just bash biting jabs a bunch of times on a player they won't realize they took 3 or 4 jab spams to the face until they're dead. It's so easy to nuke people in pvp atm and also get nuked. I've been killed by several abilities and players that weren't even visible to me.

I can confirm that I am experiencing everything mentioned here. I particularly notice my Assassin's Blade skill almost not working at all, at least the animation doesn't. I hit the enemy 3 or 4 times with it and they do nothing and then suddenly, they are dead. (Or sometimes I am dead)
