What happened to glass fragments for glass motifs?

I do writs on multiple toons every day, and I used to get them regularly, not a lot, but regularly. But since Update 17, I haven't gotten a single one. I'm getting all the other regular rare loot--gold tempers/tannins, surveys, purple recipes, psij ambrosia fragments--as normal. But no glass fragments. What happened?

I will say I thought when they announced that Glass would be available from the Writ Voucher merchant we would be able to purchase individual pages, much like Ebony. With the patch live the only choice is the entire book for 180 vouchers. That is all well and good but for the people that are 10/14 probably don't like the idea of having to buy 14 pages when they only need 4. Not sure why Glass wasn't set up the same way as Ebony, per page is X and the whole book is Y.

Hold on to your pages, there is going to be a segment of the population that will want 10,20,30 pages hoping to get the last 2 or 3 pages they need and not pay 180 WV for something they don't need.

I've got loads of these fragments and don't know what to do with them - just sell them on TP? Will they go up in price if I hang onto them ?

You can purchase the resin to glue 10 pages to make a random glass motif. You by it in the Mages Guild for 10k gold.

I have many and no one wants them. I put them in guild banks and no none takes them. Probably because it cost 10K to put 10 fragments together. Just not worth it in my opinion.
