No receiving access code via email....

Tried different browser, clearing cache, etc. Sent in a ticket and no auto reply confirmation either. Its like their email server is down or something.
Anyone else having this issue?

If you are not receiving the access code, you can try the following.
Add noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to your list of approved e-mail senders.
Check your spam or junk mail folders.
If you are using Gmail with the Inbox categories feature, also check your Social folder.
If you are using a firewall or anti-virus, temporarily disable them before requesting a new code.
Our customer support team was also able to update your email address, so please let us know if that allowed you to receive the access code.
