This set does not function for the 5 piece bonus as advertised. My physical weapon damage is about 19 higher than my spell damage.

Where were you when this happened? There´re certain occasions where this can happen. First time I noticed it was when I was in a dungeon I got in by using the dungeon finder. When using the dungeon-finder you can a small boost to your spell/weapon-damage. For some reason this doesn´t work properly with Pelinial and I get the same results as you did.

I was in a persons house, then in the game on the world map...Pretty much all the time. I was not in a dungeon, or in a delve. It as lvl 30 gear I created though. Mixture of blue, and purple. 5 part of that with 4 part brass Fortress.

I've also seen this happen, but only with level scaling. It always works on 160 CP gear/characters from what I can tell.

Perhaps it is with level scaling then. Since it was lvl 30 gear I crafted. It isn't a major bug if it does not happen at CP160...Still wish they would fixed the damn Blade of woe, and vampire feed synergy button, make one of those two a usable ability icon.
