Hello guys! I distributed 51 points in the champion tree. 51 point from " Master-at-Arms" (19% direct damage) to 51 point " Thaumaturge" (19% over time damage). The damage over time from monster set DECREASED for 150 damage in 1 sec. WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?

The ice damage isn’t a DOT. It ticks for damage only while damage shield is still active. An actual dot would show a se damage over time; but the mask is contingent on the damage shield, so it counts as direct Magicka damage each tick.
