New in AD Cyrodil - lost

in both DC and EP the tutorial NPC is right in front of you when you spawn into Cyrodil. In AD I can not find this tutorial npc. Any help would be appreciated, either a good description of where he/she is located or a pic? Thanks!

Edit: Mere seconds after I post this I find him at the eastern gate...and I can't delete this post...

Cyrodiil is super confusing when you go there for the first time. There are two types of wayshrines and tutorial NPCs are all over the place. I needed to ask in zone chat how to actually leave Cyrodiil.

don't let the trolls bother you (spoken from a troll's perspective)...

it's rarely personal...just someone bored trying to amuse themselves...

trust me - you are most definitely not the first person to have a challenge finding the right npc...

I remember at one point, for one of my characters it took me days to find the practice siege area...days...

Edit: now that I think about it, it was during the time when you could fill soul gems from the target dummys...
