Goblin disguise (Shadowsilk Gem) - Hide Helm?

Can we no longer hide the helm for the goblin thing?
I've tried the hide polymorph helm option and the hide your helm thing in hats. No luck.
This saddens me :(

    The old option in settings now says "hide polymorph helmet". I haven't tested it as I don't use polymorphs, but may be worth a try.

    Correct, the old Hide helmet in gameplay setting is now hide poly helmet and it works. BUT, to OP, hide helmet on disguises does not work at this time. Thus, in a few other threads, a request to ZoS, turn the Gem into a true Poly.

    Makes me wish they would go and add gobbos as crown-store unlockable race already. Despite all the iffyness it might bring backstory-wise, which is no more iffyness then playing an DC race in EP during the Bleakrock / Bal Foyen / Stonefalls invasion; or an AD race during the Shadowfen questline, or an Imperial in DC - Bangkorai or AD - Reapers March...

    That way the limitations of the disguise would be a non-issue, and those who like to go gobbo could just buy a racechange token to refit gobboness to all their favorite characters...

    becuase it wasn't intended to be a costume, it's a disguise meant to be used for a quest. There are plenty of quests that require or at least offer one-off disguises. I have about 4 of them banked just because I thought it was appropriate for a thief/assassin. I don't RP, and I've never used them-- but I did feel compelled to keep them

    Honestly though, the absolute best way to do that, is to just allow the armor to be changed on the morph. So technically it's still just a "disguise" and isn't breaking lore, but has much more interactivity.

    There's a polymorph hide helmet setting where the old "hide helmet" used to be.
    But we can't hide helmet with disguises any more, though. I just did the No Shira Citadel quest on my new alt, and for the first time couldn't hide the helmet that comes with the disguise.
    THIS SUCKS ZOS. :'(
