Problem with character creation?

Hello,

I have this problem that I can't zoom at all when I'm creating a character. It's hard to create the face.
Been playing since betas 2014

    Lots of people getting similar character creation bugs.
    Apparently creating a random character, then relogging, fixes the bugs. Apparently the second character you create is less buggy.

    Apparently you don't need to relog.
    If you just create a character, that should fix the bug - then start creating your real character, bugfree.

    But when I created a character, I received my explorer's pack and vanity pet to ingame email. If I delete the first character, does my items disappear?

    If it's in your ingame mail then deleting the character should not delete the mail as well.
    If you want to be safe, just create your new character and only delete the old one after you have transferred the mail to your new character.

    If it's in your ingame mail then deleting the character should not delete the mail as well.
    If you want to be safe, just create your new character and only delete the old one after you have transferred the mail to your new character.

    Or put it in the bank as stated in other forum posts.
    Attention Zenimax: Stamina builds don't hold up to magicka builds, and this is causing most of your class imbalance. It makes melee weapons and bows weaker than staves and class abilities. It makes medium and heavy armor less desirable than light armor. Fix this imbalance, and you'll address most of your balance issues.
