    All of the above.
Guilds need more benefits in housing.

    All of the above.
Plus guild/social content like group puzzles, bounty-hunt missions, races
    Also guild armour and weapons.
(Look at guild wars 2 style for an example)

There is so much content that could be done that has not even been considered yet.

Poll layout is skewed, so not voting. Guilds do need some love.

It's been mentioned that several things are available with addons, there's a problem with this. There are basic functions that should be available to all in ESO regardless of Platform they play on.

    1. Guilds need a ban list function. Toxic players can ruin a good guild and there is currently no control to restrict access.
Needs to be account based and follow when account name is changed, which can be done as friends list follows the
account name change. This can not be achieved with an addon. This also needs a note feature.

    2. GM's need to be able to mass mail members without social bans. Make it so permissions can be set by rank to allow mass
mailing within the guild. Some guilds may want to restrict to a handful of officers.

    3. Guild Bank, subdivide into tabs of 100 items per tab. Access set by Rank applied to each tab.

    4. Guild Members Only Store for bank items. Item in bank could be placed for sale, locks in slot while on sale and ships as
per current store sale means. Set by Rank permissions.

    5. Guild Info needs to have additional space and have some tab pages added. Guilds need a way to post policies/ FAQ for
members to see without using up the Message of the Day. MoD is meant for announcing events, it's why it is spammed
to members and have been miss used by Guilds out of necessity to post non-event info.

    6. Guild Home Page needs a port to guild hall function available. Access to change set by Rank privilege.

    7. Allow guilds to purchase additional guild bank space in lots of 25.

There are probably some more features that need to be updated/ added. I do think my number issue really needs to be addressed. The problem with Toxic players can not be fully addressed with simply placing them on ignore by a player. Using the ignore for this can cause more problems.

    Guild bank needs love asap.

I'd love to have some kind of events calendar. For a guild with lots of events the MOTD surely doesn't give us enough room

    Yes, yes, and yes....
@MissBizz totally agree... Yours is one of the links I shared above.
You and @ElfFromSpace had great threads with awesome ideas on how guilds need some love from ZoS.

You have been amazing at adding small QoL features, please can we GM's and guildies have a little love??

Guild system should be rebuilt and expanded to actually be an interesting and rewarding part of the game. Heck add some moderation tools while we're at it.

legitimately the guild system is 80% of the social aspect of this game. it would help PVE and PVP a ton if guilds got a rework. its odd that you cant even set a guild home, you have to go to a players home that they share.

    Hi, you mentioned me! XD

I voted all of the above, but I wouldn't actually want to be notified of members logging in and out.

I'm surprised the guild bank STILL isn't fixed. That is something they were "working on" 2 years ago...

Events calendar would be a big one. MOTD and Guild Info tends to need to be used for guild policies and that doesn't leave much space for events also

    4. Guild Bank
I'm voting guild bank, but I would love to see some mail rework as well. Personally, I don't want notifications when people are logging in/out, the notifications I get from my friend's list is plenty.

In my guild, I announce promotions in chat when the person being promoted is online. Once a month, I adjust ranks based on averages. Having that many demotions get placed in chat would be a touch demoralizing, I think. As long as that feature could be toggled off, though, I can see how it would be beneficial for others.

The guild bank is in incredibly pressing issue. So many guilds rely on members depositing gold in the bank. That members now can't even see their own deposits to make sure they've gone through is not ok. It's not just gold that goes missing. Items sometimes don't make it back in the bank, too, and it seems to me like it's getting worse. Members need to be able to see their own gold deposits, regardless of the gold viewing permissions of the guild for starters, and there needs to be a serious investigation of the bank lag issues or whatever is causing items to go missing on our end. While I understand that no system is 100% reliable, we shouldn't have to check the history after every single deposit just in case it goes missing. These situations should be the exception; they are increasing in frequency to the point where they are becoming the rule.

I would also like to see some upgrades to the housing system that allows for more functional guild halls. The limits on people in a house make it hard to do guild events there. For guilds that provide set crafting stations, mundus stones, transmute stations and other conveniences for our guilds, it uses a significant portion of our housing items to do so.

Also, since people seem to want to join more guilds to get more spots to sell their good, how about allowing guilds to upgrade their store's capacity, either by purchasing (for in-game gold) more store slots, or reallocating underused spaces in our stores to members that can fill them? I'm sure allowing people to join more guilds is a much easier solution, but allowing people to get what they need in terms of selling power from a guild they actually want to be a part of and engage in allows for a better QoL and community aspect of the game.

Thanks everyone for showing interest in the topic! This is what I was going for. All discussing together about changes we would like to see being done to the current system.

I do apologize that a lot of you disagree with how the poll is set up. I mostly did this to get some more attention on the subject of guilds.

I also see the reasoning for many of you as to why you would not like a notification when members are coming online/offline. That is why I said it should be an option to turn it off for a specific guild or all guilds depending on your own personal preference.

We are all different and different things matter to us, I don't think an online/offline notification system is anything hard to implement, addons do it. But the foundation in all of this is that we should not have to install 20 different addons for what at least I see as basic features.

There are many good ideas in this thread which I have not thought of or mentioned myself. I really do hope that any developers or community managers gets to see them.
