I'm not a new player, but even I would appreciate the convenience of this. It's just a pain to go look up the morphs on the internet when you are doing a respec.

Since you seem to be on PC I will suggest you google Harvens Improved Skill Window addon and install it.
You will find addons for a whole lot of lacking UI elements.

Kolzki✭✭✭✭✭Makes sense though. It would help new players to see which class skills have stamina morphs.2
