Morrowind furniture plan voucher vendor purchases

I got my purchasing of Morrowind furniture plans from Faustina Curio done. As usual i wrote down the drops. These are my findings.
All the plans seem to drop with equal chance. None of the plans dropped hugely more than others. Drops were between 0 and 4 - that is just usual RNG. I spent 20k vouchers and needed to buy just half dozen missing plans.
If you are aiming to learn all the new plans, you should prepare to purchase at least the same amount of documents as there are unique plans, about 120 purple plans and 70 blue plans, sell the duplicates and buy the unknown plans to break even in gold. This is if course assuming you find all missing ones and can sell dups. This will cost about 8000 vouchers.
The more you buy those documents beyond the break-even point, the more there is of course to sell. I can clearly see in EU PC that there was initial rush of sales but i guess everybody have depleted their vouchers and there is now a steady amount of plans in guild vendors.
