Blade cloak is necessary in trials for all dual wielders (I've even run it on a tank with a backbar dual wield), the 25% aoe damage reduction is massive when you're looking at trial aoe mechanics that can one shot most dps.

Shrouded daggers will probably boost your dps more than trying to weave cutting dive, and it also has cleave damage (hits multiple targets) which can be nice for clearing trash packs or hitting adds on some boss fights. If you dont need the stamina return from bull netch, that means you can drop it and slot something else for more utility or damage there instead (like predator for the minor berserk and speed buff, if you dont have it slotted already).

Only time I'd really use cutting dive for dps is when you're primarily using a bow, either on those fights that require range or if you're not using dual wield at all.

You wont be able to run deadly cloak on a bow bar, it has to go on your dual wield bar. I'd switch netch/predator to the back bar, and in your setup I'd probably put rearming trap in place of poison injection or lotus (whichever you're willing to give up) so that you can keep the 10% minor force proc. Trap is used more for that than the actual damage it deals.

when you're switching from back bar to front, put down your buffs and caltrops first then endless hail -> swap, the weapon swap will cancel the animation for endless hail but it will still fire off, saving you a second or so in your rotation and increasing dps.
