Clarity about level up advisor rewards requested.

Would appreciate some clarity as reading different things in various threads.

1) Are all the rewards only available once per account? Or just the crown crates?

2) Are the rewards server or account based?

Would like to know as have held off levelling up sone chars as was looking to get rewards (;p) but if can only be done once per account / server will just get in with things.

Any definitive answers?

Last I heard, the crown crates are once per account. Also collectables such as costumes and pets are once per account, but you can make another new character to pick up the other costume/pet choices. The rest are per character.

I'm not as definitive on that answer as I'd like to be though. That's just my current understanding of how it works.

Most of the rewards are given once per character. The exceptions are the crown crates and things that go into your collections like the costumes, pets and the storage container - those are once per account.

So if I finish levelling up a char that's at level 30 now, I will get the crates & pets for that one time only but if I roll a new char I'll get the rewards up to level 30 & then just the gold/potions/etc but no pets or crates?

For some things, like the costumes or the pets, there is a choice of multiple ones (3 costumes, 2 pets). You will get the choice offered as long as you don't have all of them.

Once you have everything unlocked in your collectibles, you'll only get the consumables and stuff for new characters.

As for the crates, once you have all three (one from each level that offers them), you won't get any other crates through level up.

But still confused. So many different things said on various threads!

So you do get repeat consumables when levelling different chars but just not crown crates? @feyii have you actually done this in game or is that your take on it?

(And yes I am going to keep asking until I get a proper answer as don't see why is shrouded in such misinformation @ZOS_GinaBruno )

If I understood the system well, this is the case - except you will get the second option for pets/costumes which you didn't choose before.

Sorry for the edits btw, just referring to my own notes about this from testing it on the PTS and experiencing it on live.

Crown crates are once per account. There are plenty of us now who can verify this because we are leveling more than one character at a time.

Mount is once per account, if you already have that you can't get it again, it's already in your collections.

10 slot inventory upgrade is ONLY granted if you haven't paid for any - I bought up to 130 slots and didn't get this free upgrade - so wait until after this reward to pay to upgrade bag space.

Costumes - I've only seen the level 20 costumes, but was able to get one on 2 different characters, presumably if I were to level a 3rd I could pick up the costume I missed.

The consumables are per character, but are bound to character and cannot be banked or moved to another character - so levelling multiple characters, deleting, then levelling more to get loads of say xp scrolls (the level 6 reward) is not possible - these are just for that character.

I haven't tried it on the EU server so can't help with that question - it would be good to have a definitive answer to that though - I don't expect Zeni to respond to every question (especially not when I think very few players play on both servers), but if there are other players who play on both servers I will happily take their word in answer to this particular question.

I levelled enough characters on PTS to see that you keep getting opportunities on different characters to pick up a pet and a costume until you have all three costumes and both pets on your account.

Generally speaking, all of the collectibles like pets, mounts, costumes, etc. are only earned once per account.

Crown Crates and Transmute Crystals are also earned once per account.

All other items are once per character.

Also, just to clarify, the rewards for free upgrades on Bag/Bank space are only available if you haven't purchased an upgrade yet on that character as they only apply to your first upgrade.

I hope this helps clear up how this brand new system works! If you run into anything in-game that doesn't seem to be working per these guidelines, let us know!

A shame, I had hoped for the transmutation crystals to be given to every character. I guess it's back to farming... *sigh*

The special edition of Morrowind still gives 1 Dwarven crate, even though the ones in the crown store have been updated. I suspect it will be the same with the level-up crates, but we won't know for sure until they're updated or someone from ZOS confirms.

But it probably won't be long before we get a new set of crates, so even without ZOS confirming we'll know soon.

I think its safe tos ay once fire crates are out of rotation you won't be receiving them specifically for the milestone.

Case in point: I recently upgraded to the Morrowind CE for the mount, bear skin etcetc-- And on the elderscrollsonline.com store page it lists it as coming with a dwarven crate.crate. Well, When I bought this ugprade I didnt get any crown and when I brought it up to the cs staff, they said they can't give me the dwarven crate because they're out of rotation, but they can credit me a current crate.

Do they? Do you know this for sure, first hand, from a recent purchase? because as I said above, I bought the morrowind CE update about a week ago and got no dwarven crown crate despite it being advertised as part of the package, and was told I could only be credited a current crown crate.
