Morrowind Collector's edition upgrade?

As someone who's bought a day one edition of the expansion, can we get an option to upgrade to collector's edition and receive the rewards? Just like it happened with the imperial edition?
Or is there another way to get the collector's edition rewards?

I'm surprised they don't offer this, because I can imagine a lot of people would buy it if they had the option.

Especially people who only got the game when Morrowind came out. If you're just picking the game up now and haven't played it before you're probably not especially committed to it yet, and probably don't want to spend extra for a bunch of cosmetic items. Especially since until you start playing it might not be clear what they even are or if they're useful. (Like one new person in my guild who said they don't care about the dwarven horse because they're going to start raiding as soon as they can and then they'll use the raid mounts instead...)

But once you've been playing a bit you may find you really like the idea of having some/all of those bonus items, but now you have to buy another copy of Morrowind to get them. (Yes the Digital Collector's Upgrade on the store includes the expansion, not just the items.)

They did it with the Imperial Edition, before the crown store was created you could buy an upgrade on the main site to turn the normal version of the game into a digial Imperial Edition. I don't know why they don't have that for Morrowind as well.
