Lip sync broken after last update

Not sure how many NPCs are affected, but I've just went to hand in Kari's daily thieves guild quest, and her mouth is doing really weird things.
edit: actually, the facial expression is super weird now too.

I presume it affects more than just a one NPC.

I'd like to know that as well, there are numerous cosmetic animation issues. Even in New Life's festival, but devs have been silent here in the past week or so.

So when is this going to be fixed? It's not on PTS from what I heard, which makes me scared it's not going to be addressed anytime soon.
And it's the facial expressions as well as the animations.
