Video misconfiguration after the update

Every time there is a new update, my video gets changed considerably. It's hard to regain the low configurations to make sure the game will run but this time even with the low configuration I don't think I'll be able to play this game anymore. Why you guys keep messing around with the video after every update?

cairo_x✭✭✭It seems you guys changed the SubSampling Quality. I am used to run it medium but after the update I keep getting a weird frame per action video-like. It's so frustrating.0

cairo_x✭✭✭It seems after updating my Nvidia drivers, checking some 3D stuff here and there, poking my nose, scratching my ass and activating Vertical Sync helped the issue.0
