@Waffennacht While I do agree with this, I’m curious if it would be better to use sturdy on smaller pieces for something like a MagDK (in either heavy armor or light armor). Meanwhile continuing to use impenetrable on the larger pieces. I have read somewhere that around 3k critical resistance is what a player should aim for. However, is 2.5k to 2.7k truly critical resistance instead going to be noticeable? Especially on a build that relies heavily upon blocking; block-casting?
drives me nuts having to use impenetrable traits on almost all my gear (I mostly pvp)...totally useless for pve...
would be nice if every character didn't have to carry one or two extra sets when going back and forth from pvp and pve...

what, are you just messing with me @Waffennacht (lord knows considering the amount of trolling I do on these forums I most definitely, probably deserve it)...
I mean impenetrable does involve diamonds, but, i think they're relatively worthless in game...
Edit: hey, now that I notice it - i see they never rolled the old preposterous gold gain trait into any of the other traits or even invigorating...

I'm actually not lmfao, the Reduction of damage done to your armor means you make the most gold (by way of not spending it) by wearing impen

You can easily get 1k impen just through CP and depending on what boons you have access to through gear and class—protection, mostly—impen is overkill. You only get the Crit trickle over anyhow, if you use a shield, which any non-stam toon uses (and you’re dead if you’re mag and not using one). I find 1k to be the sweet spot. Stat budget is better spent elsewhere after that.
