PS4 EU - Game constantly crashing "unable to connect" - Have raised a ticket but nothing back?

Hi, just looking for any information - I've raised a ticket but haven't heard anything back?
I get the "unable to connect" message constantly if I'm in a trial group, dungeons or just walking round a city.
I have tried to delete the saved files, this doesn't work, I've reinstalled but this doesn't work either. It only started happening a week ago.
Anybody from ZoS able to help or any other users had this trouble and managed to fix it? Thanks!
