Hey all :-D so this internal error thing hit me pretty hard. Same issue many Steam users have been having. Many of these forums are posting to try launching from the ESO64 executable, but I've found something a little more solid. Most of us long term players remember having to make the decision to link Steam account. The issue is really in the middle man, not ESO or Zeni. Uninstalling through Steam launcher, removing steam directory (and all remanents), then reinstalling from your account at ElderScrollsOnline.com (cutting out the middle man, Steam) seems to do the trick permanently. Many of my friends claimed they "bought it through steam, and didn't have an Elder Scrolls Online account." For those of you that don't realize, your @name is your elder scrolls account and a copy of the game can be downloaded from the account panel. AGAIN, this may only work if you bought the game pre-Steam-linkage, but seems to be working across the board RN. See y'all in game!
