Champion points

I earned 248 Points but it says 248/240 and i cannot address the 8 available Points. In January the Problem started with 244/230 and no available Points. After the patch Dragon Bones I was able to address 10 Points each so this is the 240. But I have 248 Points. Please help

You can put only 240 points in each tree (blue, green, red) since the Dragon Bones update. You are still learning points, but you can't use all of them. I hope I answer your question.
