Using the Outfit Station to change a style to Imperial

I changed my outfit to Imperial since I have the Imperial version of the game, it was free to change it to imperial, but it cost gold to dye it. I don't know if that's intended or not. Just asking for some clarification

    I figured you wouldn't have to pay to dye Imperial stuff since it's something that should be free to convert but I guess I'll just live with this
