Hello! I'm new to ESO and I already really enjoy the game, but I have an issue with the level up rewards.
When I reached level 18 I had to claim my level up rewards, but I'm unable to choose out of the options available (3 furnitures) as I am being told I already have the unique items. I'm pretty sure I don't have any of these items. I get stuck with the message that tell me to claim my reward, but I can't. I didn't get my level up points either. Now, I'm level 20 and still haven't been able to claim my rewards for level 18, so I didn't either get my rewards/points for the level 18-19-20. I'm afraid I will loose all my new level up points/rewards so I don't want to play anymore till it's sorted out. I contacted the ESO team but didn't get any answer telling me what to do.
Am I doing something wrong? Do you have a idea what's going on, what I could do to fix that? Is anybody got the same issue as me?

ZOS_GinaBrunoCommunity ManagerHey @val_roy! Do you happen to have the "Room to Spare" Housing Brochure in your inventory? If so, try deleting that, then attempt to redeem your rewards from the Level Up Advisor.Gina Bruno
