Use 2H/Bow w 1/5/1 armor then simply dead slot 1H+S skills to level them and the skill line. It's much faster than doing random dungeons, you get all armor types fully trained after you hit 50. I really see no point in doing dungeons under 50/CP160 since all the gear you'll get will be outleveled. I usually grind characters to 50/CP160, do a few quests and skyshards to spec all their skills, hit PvP for other essential skills like Vigor, Warhorn etc. then bring them directly in veteran dungeons for fast undaunted rank gain: speed run, veteran, HM and sometimes no-death too is easy to get in non-DLC ones.

If you really wanna dungeon just do a random dungeon per day, I know you are asking for dungeon sets but you will out level the armour before you have completed a set, you literally will be gimping yourself if you take the time (waste) to farm a full set.
It sounds like you wont be levelling very fast so 1 random dungeon a day will be more than enough to give you the experience of tanking and learn your trade as a journeyman tank.

If you really are gonna farm a set and lets be honest you will be wasting your time, it should be ebon from Crypt of Hearts.
Id suggest really just crafting Hist Bark if you are gonna level by exclusively tanking and again, wear any other trash jewellery/set you find.

massive thank you for the info most welcome SquareSausage Asardes this is what i needed , i do have a training set right now , just want to play with the other toons in dungeons only .

so i get the armours needed and pass them on to me other toons , they all around lvl 20 ish and 1 lvl 104 templar .

in the 5 guilds i am in you see many asking for dungeons so being social i allways go help , just nice to play with fellow friends , so to me the time spent is well spent .
