Deconstruction changes against bag space.

I must've missed the notes on the patch. But, it appears now you don't have a minimum bag space to deconstruct items. I was 90/90 on a new char and It let me decon some runes.
Usually I would get the 3 free space minimum.

✭I don't know this exact issue, but I saw that someone else had the option to put things directly in the craftbag switched off after an update. Might check on that. As a non plus work around guy, I'd sell a few items to a vendor, decon and then buy the items back.0
