In pvp today. I been hearing nothing but horn like sounds.
at first, I thought it was when I got hit but I don't know.
now it's like when I hit them.
Sure it sounds like it could be Fesallas that gives a healing debuff but i wasn't seeing that green visual effect that goes on me.
It keeps doing a train like sound but a lower sound & it is an annoying sound

I barely hear warhorn in pvp anyway.
it keeps going off even when it's a 1v1 on the path to a outpost / keep.
