(BUG) Crafted immovability potions only 5.7 seconds
As the title says, the crafted immovability potion effect is only for 5.7 seconds, even with 3/3 Medicinal Use passives. The patch notes said it would be a base of 8 seconds with upwards of 10.4 seconds with medicinal use passives.

10 Seconds is by design bone head. Theyre at 5 seconds with medicinal use.
