Materials going into Inventory instead of Craft Bag

Since yesterday's update all mats I farm are clogging up my Inventory until I click on Stow Away. How is this in any shape or form helpful or an improvement on mats going directly to the craft bag? Does anyone have a clue why this change has been made?

Pretty sure there is an option there which could have been toggled by mistake, update, add-on issue.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
