Need tips on how to deal with Fang Lair 2nd boss the Cadaverous Dire Wolves

They cant seem to be taunted, slowed or stunned and there is no single pattern to their 1shot explosion mechanic. Sometimes you see them stop for 1 second, erupt in green flames and explode. Sometimes you see them explode immediately. Any help is appreciated

Just keep running . That's how I did it with my group . Never stop moving , kite constantly and you will be fine .

I am not sure if this works: The tank cast mist form and take the explosions, if it work this will limit the group movement and kiting, i wish i can try this sadly my graphic card died.

They aggro (sort of) based on proximity. After that, there's a short timer and then they explode (or if killed early).

It's a timing thing if they have to be nearby. Pause for a second, then dodge out. You'll eat minimum or none of the damage.

Simply repeat as they respawn, just make sure they're not near your teammates as much as possible.

Have you finished?

This boss need good group and offcourse no lags.

I noticed that sometime tiger is getting
taunt and sometime not.

This boss is very annoying and somehow difficult then others.

We did it literally just all grouped up, moving in a circle around everything. If you are the one targeted and you stop, they explode, and you probably die. I do think there might be a viable strat of having a player being targeted by the wolves to simply move a way from the group, shield, and stop and block. It shouldnt kill if you are ready for it (they were hitting me for about 18k), but the perpetural circle jerk got the job done.

Yeah thats pretty much it ^ . You need a good group of course but specifically, one that can do high AOE damage. Just stacking close (within 7-8 meters of each other) and running in circles seems to keep the wolves busy while everyone just drops AOE.

About the tiger, equipping ranged interrupt helps a lot (crushing shock, venom arrow) since the eating animation takes 2-3 seconds before you die ( from max HP)

Funny enough the rest of the dungeon was fun and easier to run.
