Instant fix for bar swap bug - set texture settings to LOW

Open video settings
Set TEXTURE SETTINGS to LOW
All other graphic settings can stay exactly the same.
Fixed.
The bug is NOT connected to any addons, mouse-wheels, gamepads or anything else. Its a pure texture problem and instantly fixed if you change texture to low.

visionality✭✭✭✭✭This is not a fix for the error message, but for the swap delay. Error message seems to be connected to using mouse-wheel to bar-swap - at least that's what I read in one or two other threads.0

✭✭This does not fix the issue, at least not if you don't have a super computer like me. Swap lag still exists with all settings (except subsampling) on minimum.2013

preedb16_ESO2✭✭✭Did some testing and it does indeed speed up the delay both visually with the animation and actually letting you use weapon attacks faster.. I get the same "fix" on medium and low, so Im staying on Medium for now since there is no more gain from going to low for me..
Also, I only have this swap bug on my magsorc, no other chars.. its really wierd LOL
