New Houses - Coming with Dragon Bones or after??

Im really interested in when the new houses are coming out - Im on PS4 so I still have about 2 weeks to wait anyway, But im wondering if the houses are coming out WITH the Dragon Bones DLC or will they be released with their respective DLC Anniversary (Thieves Guild & Dark Brotherhood)? This is the main thing im waiting for with this update, I cant wait to get my hands on that Palace!
Any info would be much appreciated!

Didn't anyone else notice that new crown store items came and went multiple times while the DLC was on the test server? Now no new houses.
They are waiting until a majority of sale crowns are flushed from the system.2 -
darjobuno✭✭✭Yep my wife and I already went to the PTS and did our background RPs for the release of the Palace and the Sanctuary. We already bought 21k in crowns each in anticipation of these houses being available with the Dragonbones release. Those crowns are not getting spent until those houses are open. Been playing for 4 years we have our end game characters and everything we want for them. So those crowns will just sit there.
It is a bit disappointing to go to preview the home you have been waiting for and see a big "NOT FOR SALE" sign once you step inside.No longer swimming upstream1 -

Lyss1991✭✭✭✭Im almost 2 years in myself - Im just obsessed with the cosmetic aspects of the game! I like to change my characters clothes alot, So I like options! lol. Other than that, My characters are maxed and complete. I usually limit myself to only spending $15 extra a month on crowns - Only times I made an exception other than this was to buy Hundings Palatial Hall and when the last crown sale was out, I bought the 21k pack and got my merchant/banker. Ive bought a couple of outfits since, And have around 9k left. Im buying the house unfurnished, Im breaking down my Hundings house and transferring ALOT of that over. The rest I can craft.

We dont have definite prices, But if you look back on some of the limited time houses, You can make an educated guess. My personal guess is 12k+ Crowns for Unfurnished.
