really? really? I'm glad that you are willing to swallow these costs. throw some extra gold my way then, would you? since you seem to be swimming in so much of it that the prices are not an issue for you. I have 10 characters whose appearance could use some editing. that would be give or take 200k, just for weapons. a bit more actualy.

That's a shame too. Such a great idea that has all of the "utility" sucked out of it because the minority number of players that are multi-millionaires need a Gold sink, at the expense of the rest of the player base who won't be able to afford it but once every couple of months or so...
Seriously? They upped the dye costs from the PTS, after the outrage over those prices on the forum for them being to high?
Do the dye choices you payed for in the outfit system stick? So if you dyed everything red on the chest, does it remain red if you swap to another chest outfit pick for that outfit slot? Or does it default the dyes back to uncolored. And if it sticks, do you have to repay them when swapping the choices chest, or is the dye cost 0 because you already set and haven't changed them?

I have five characters and i only use three of them once or twice a week if i need something and out of those three is my crafter. Like why would i change the appearance of a character that i only log in for a few minutes. idgaf... The third character, pve one i barely use too.
My point is there is no way you use all of them as much as your favorite one and care too such extent and don't say they are all your favorite because that would be bs. Just change the ones you use the most. If all you do is play dress up what is the point of even being in eso there are other games.

So you're saying that you shouldn't have to work to earn money to take advantage of this system? Because I can farm mats for an hour and earn over $20k... so saying people cannot afford it is basically saying that the system should reward lazy players. As with any MMO, grind and effort are rewarded, laziness typically is not.

Its been obvious from the first announcement that ZOS was going to monetize this system in a way that strongly incentivizes using the Crown Store options for convenience.
I'm not thrilled with it, but I'm not surprised at all.
If people can't make 30k in at least two days i am sorry but what are they doing? Do they just stare at that screen and walk around in circles?

Provided they're not hardcore players playing for 5 or more hours a day straight, having max an hour or two before sleep... they don't grind or farm to the point of vomit? Just, you know, enjoy the game.. a quest here, a dungeon there, maybe a dolmen?
