Server goes down at 9am. Server is planned to be back up at 1am.

Now, maths was never my strongest subject, but if I use my fingers, and my toes, I still make this more than 12 hours.

Perhaps that explains a lot.......

Nah. We wouldn't have our "own" server if there were only 10% playing on it.

We're just having bad luck with this update that's all.

It's gonna be like:

- We ditched the servers so all our new servers are running with new hardwares
- which means we upgraded the engine to UE4 with Vulkan
- Expect 100+ FPS anytime
- No more loading screens, ever!
- Can destruct objects and landscape
- Proper skeleton model for characters and monsters
- Reworked all the models along with the textures, textures resolution can be set up as high as 4k
- Fixed all the bugs
- Added VR, VOIP for groups, towns, voice control
- Added new skills, skill lines, morphs
- 2 new races, 3 more classes, 10 more dungeons, 5 more trials, 7 more zones have been added
- Balanced all the classes and skills
- Added 30 more pets can be obtainable through quests and achievements
- CP system complete reworked
- Guild system reworked
- PvP siege system reworked

We're just having bad luck with this update that's all.

Bad luck is when you get struck by lightning, and we had this **** so many times, so it cant be excused as (bad) luck.

dragon bones collectors set 4000 crowns
outfit token 400 crowns
outfit slot 1500 crowns
chest 2000 crowns
coffer 1000 crowns

however, accessing the crown store, a message pops up "The Crown Store is currently unavailable, please check again later"

Khajiit is most grateful for, although of course disappointed in, this information yes. This one had hoped that 1,500 would be the maximum possible for a chest yes.

Though it is better value than the additional purchasable bank space.

Was expecting slightly lower prices but ok. There goes some tens of thousands Crowns.

On the EU server and my computer locked up whilst downloading this patch, specifically when it reached and got stuck at 43% Applying Patch.. Twice. As in, both times I attempted to download the patch this happened. My 1+ish year old computer hasn't had any lock-ups before, ESO has worked fine before today and my computer has been fine since after the second attempt (and it's lockup.)

Now i'm not saying that this patch locked up my computer twice or anything crazy like that... but I can't help but notice this patch locked up my computer twice whilst attempting to download it. -_-

Is this perhaps related to the 12 hour downtime for the "technical issue with the patch deployment on the European PC/Mac server." ?

I don't know if it is specific to a particular language version, I'm in the UK and patched through to "Play" ok. The launcher message implies that I can play on the NA server but I haven't tried that.

Well, Valentine's day is coming up soon - use the time to buy something nice and sweet for your loved one or craft something nice and sweet for him/her - just saying, don't forget that date, it will mess up the performance of your real life server, if you do.

I once met an train driver who did not know there his train was, it felt pretty weird, I recommended lost and found

Real reason was that train was delayed and the information system was overworked, he was supposed to take it over at station,

Hmm higher then expected. To expensive for my taste for what it gives me. Thought I would buy atleast one outfit slot for my main for fun sake. Especially considering it is the same price as a dungeon dlc/close to content dlc. So I will just make due with the one free one then.

As for the huge delay. Damn. I will be asleep when it goes live finally. I hope to get some playtime in tomorrow then. But my free time will likely be filled downloading the thing. So I am counting on a wait till Wednesday.

was looking forward to messing about with it all this evening. Then again, EU patchdays... not much of a surprise stuff gets delayed again. Though i do believe this is a record,

Why do so many people think that?

The population of Europe (743,1 Millions) is larger than that of North America (579 Millions, not just U.S., Canada included) - also the gross domestic product ist not that significantly lower so we can assume that about the same percentage of people can afford computers and games. The lesser population of North Americans will probably be caught up by South Americans and Asians playing on NA but also many Middle Eastern People probably play on EU, so I would think populations on both servers might be equally large.

I'll be having fun with my recently rediscovered PS2 and Spyro the cute little dragon until the Patch comes up

But ffs 12 hours!? Is not even funny. That's whole damn day. Day that I've paid for with ESO+ subscription.

Always the same story. Big update: NA goes back after few hours, EU still down for next X hours.

ZOS, I advice you to stop treating European players as second-grade customers. It may finally turn against you.
