I was actually looking for info about these hats to see if they were recolors and where I could find plain versions and maybe one with both sides turned up because it's the closest thing I've seen ingame to a Stetson.

In addition to what I wrote there, I'll note that cowboy hats don't fold up on only one side of the brim and are not flat topped on the crown. Google for "images cowboy hat" and compare to the ESO version to see.2 -
