My little pony sparkles....really...really?

A lot of the eso desgins feel a bit...female to me...which is good, more integrative...but this might be over the top...can we maybe get some very manly designs with skulls and brute force for a change? thank you

I agree! They are by far the most off things ever to be in game. I walked by some pet ponies and threw up alittle bit.

I'm sorry the sparkle horses aren't to your liking, but you guys don't need to be such jerks about it. There are a lot of people who DO like the sparkle horses.

And this is also coming this month:

It literally has a skull for a face.

I much prefere the realistic horses. I did not mean to be a jerk about it i just loath the look of them and for me they break the scrolls feel man. Nothing personal:) i have no issue with anyone who uses anything avaliable in game, only with the pixels of such an atrocious kindergarden creature...
    All the Best:)
EDIT: that skullhorse does look dandy though.

I'm not a fan of the zombie and skeleton mounts because they look gross, but each to their own. There should be a little something for everybody.

Well yes i get that and i agree that there should be something for everyone but in my opinion the gross factor is native to the elder scrolls series where mangled corpses, zombies, necromancy, vampire feeding, werewolf mauling, crypts and deadric realms decorated in bodyparts galore are commonplace. Where as cute is not a term i have ever associated with TES. It has to much of an Anime feel, so while yes there should absolutely be something for everybody it should be kept within the framework of the established setting.

I'm sure people are going to say the same thing once they see Summerset Isle. It's too "pretty", even though it's part of the lore. Sure, the pony looks like it was meant to be for a spoiled little girl, but if you read the description, that's just where it came from. It still fits.

Oh look another post about sparkles. Just makes me love the horse all the more. I like the effects, I'm not into zombie horses, fire horses or frost horses. So, I'm glad ZoS made something that appeals. It's a sweet horse.

I dont think people will say that. Some might but not “people” unless offcause it comes out looking like a weeaboo threw up all over the screen, then yes maybe and rightly so. Also im not talking about the lore im talking about the feel and the theme, which luckily makes it unnecessary for me to read the “lore” of my little pony:)

Oh, I can relate! I just shake my head when I see the skeletal or flaming mounts. I am not moved so far as loathing (it's just a game after all) but I find them a bit over the top and trying so hard to be über badass.

    Aye, to each their own.

No one said anything about the obsession with undead bone mounts... And the fire mounts... but OMG one little horse that happens to have a few sparkles just kills your immersion?

I'm sorry but there's 100 more thing that you need to worry about for your precious immersion, this is a MMO, immersion went out the window when the game became MMO. (Yes, in that case I mean from launch)

The new mount is a Courser. That means the horse is decked out with fancy hairdo and all because it runs a course in front of spectators. Think Equestrian and Rodeo. It's completely common to see horses with their hair done. So in terms of reality, the new Courser is closest to reality as it can get.

Don't worry, there is the utmost fugly skeletal horse coming out, with exposed bones, skull, flash blood, all the fuglyness for you very-manly-design lovers.

When the sparkle horse starts dragging people off in the middle of the night to torture them to death for their religious beliefs, you let me know, okay?

I seem to recall complaining about several of the previously introduced mounts too, why should the ordinary non-magical horse with magical effects escape uncriticized?

My equus sparklus mount and pet are actually an evolutionary branch of horses that feed solely on the tears and lamentations of haters.
