I still have access to my forum account. But I logged into the main website days ago. Now all of a sudden I can't access anything. None of my passwords work. I just keep getting the message. Login incorrect or account inactive. I haven't been on the game for months, but my payment plan still goes because I always plan to play again. So I am at a loss as to why I can't get in. As if someone took over my account while I was inactive in the last 3 days.

I already put in a support ticket. Now I am requesting further support to see what is going on. As it can't be my fault that I can't access it. Unless it's all internal.
