Been waiting for a couple days for a email back

I have a customer support ticket and it's been a couple days since I had a response been wondering if it is lost like my hopes and dreams or deleted like my social life? #180203-002970

I think you should've got a reply by now. I usually get a reply within about 12 hours. I'd suggest seeing if you get a reply today, and if not then maybe send another ticket?

No they were supposed to transfer me to a different team but I haven't gotten a response yet it's been a day and it's on unresolved
