What all helps with specificly pickpocket chances to get a higher quality item.
Does thieves guild help
And also some quest achivment in cwc or morrowind helps with some thing , but need clarification.

✭✭✭✭✭NPC type like Noble or other Professionals tend to drop better stuff. However, RNG is still the biggest factor. So the more pockets you pick the more Greens and Blues you will get.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭I don't bother pickpocketing NPC's I just loot chests, cabinets, desks, etc. You can at least look at what you're getting first, and no chance of getting caught by RNG.1
