32 Items in Mail are not showing their attachments.
Checked Master Merchant (Add-On) sales history to see if I already took the attachments and sold them.
Checked Guild Listings to see if I took the attachments and already relisted them.
Checked Character Inventory for the items.
Checked Bank Inventory for the items.
Checked all other Characters' personal Inventories for the items.
I'm fairly certain that these items were not taken out of the Mail yet but the items are not showing up on the mails, and the mails are deletable as if there is no attachment to take.
Some of the items are expensive diagrams and praxis recipes worth tens of thousands of gold that I do not want to lose to "the Void."

30 of the items will expire in less than one day (today). So I considered that perhaps it was related to the near auto-deletion and a premature deletion error. But 2 of the items will expire in 12 days and 13 days respectively so it seems to be an error unrelated to mail expiration.
I reloaded the game UI and logged in and out several times hoping it was a refresh issue but no luck. Since I was able to delete 2 mail messages that should have had 2 unsold trebuchets, I am concerned that all of the attachments are actually already deleted prematurely somehow.
All of the items were former guild trader listings and I am still currently a member in all of those guilds. Some of the guild trader locations have changed but that normally doesn't affect mail. None of the expired listings were from leaving/removal from a guild (which auto-cancels trade listings in that guild store). I did not cancel any of the listings; they expired from the guild store on their own.

Gwaurin✭✭I've considered whether I might have deleted or vendored the items to an NPC. I know I would not have done so for the recipes, tapestry, or better gear items.

Most recent item in Mail without its attachment. Ring of Soulshine (Epic) received 18 days ago, expires in 13 days.
The 30 items set to expire today would have expired from their trade stores Jan. 6th (30 days ago) and would have been listed Dec 7th (30 days prior).
I normally retrieve items from the mail before the final expiration week, but I was away from the game for about a week and delayed some retrieval after the DLC free sub event. (Bank expanded to 480 slots then shrunk back to 240 slots. Juggled some inventory among characters.)
As this is the first time I have logged in about a week, I cannot be certain if the attachments went missing during the absence or were missing before last week. I'm inclined to believe that they were missing/destroyed in the week I was not logging.
I have never shared my password or account info so I do not think I was hacked. Character gear, gold, etc. doesn't seem disturbed.
I'm left with the idea that it is some kind of glitch or loading error (which is why I posted it here).
I had some mail that arrived when I logged in and this mail I could take attachments from just fine which included gold from items that had sold since I last logged in. I had a message to delete mail to receive more, so I took the gold attachments and deleted those messages. Then I received more expired listings and my hireling items. I took all the expired items from the recent mail immediately. So it seems to be a glitch on older mail not loading or perhaps deleted prematurely somehow.Edited by Gwaurin on February 6, 2018 9:30PM0 -
Shadowshire✭✭✭✭Assuming that you want the missing items returned to your account, I recommend that you contact Customer Support.
A link to Customer Support is in the "banner" at the head of the forum pages. Or maybe I should say that there used to be a banner at the head of the forum pages. Recently pages have been displayed without the banner, most of which was too large for anyone's comfort when it was displayed.
