Seriously...how many times do I have to hear Finedrin getting sentenced for his silliness? The proclamation gets voiced like every effing 5 minutes!!! The Khajit sound like they got rubber cement stuffed up their noses to begin with and are annoying to my ears, but I can stomach it in limited doses. But this loop, for the love of god, limit it to one time per char when you stray through the area and leave it be!!!

Note: Same can be said of a number of the other voice spam that are lazily looped. Do we really have to hear a banker say the same thing every time you're moving from bank to store to guild bank? Seriously?

Quite honestly, Rawl'kha never stuck me as a town that was intended for players to spend the majority of their time in. It just sort of ended up that way as it was, once upon a time, and endgame zone. Frankly I suspect that The Hollow City was intended to be a gathering place for endgame as it has the least amount of looped dialogue.

The capital cities don't get a pass on this though.

I just like to think with all the Dragonbreak-stuff going on and all the Daedric Princes pulling strings that all of our vestiges are just caught in these endless time loops. In some instances it works like groundhogs day, with these npcs saying the same things over and over, offering the same quests over and over, etc. But on the other hand there is forward progress per-se, like instances changing (bleakrocks town comes to mind) or the completion of certain quests.

So our vestiges are just trapped in this endless barrage of one-liners

Seriously, all he did was steal some garbage and dump it on some merchant while my Khajiit spent a significant amount of her time in Rawl earning her Black Market Mogul achievement. The justice system there does seems a bit skewed.

I use Rawl'kha on a daily basis and completely agree. Would be nice to hear something else for a change.

I mean come on Zeni, this should be priority 1!
