Getting Drop from Games soon after combat starts. (trials)

Originally a problem only in Asylum Sanctum it has now spread to other trials such as Maw of lorkaj. Like clock work 5 seconds into combat starting on any combat pull my ping spikes up to 999+ and everything freezes, and i end up running around de-synced from the whole group only to get booted from the game 30 seconds after. It is only ESO and when I also try to log into the website I can not connect to the website either i have to force close my game and restart only for the process all over again if anyone has any insight on what could be causing this or how to fix it it would be much appreciated.

First of all, try disabling your major addons. I´ve got a very high end specc and still had trouble and disconnects with addons like MM and HarvestMap running. Disable the heavy ones and try again. If that does not help, try disabling ALL addons. Give it another try. This way you make sure it´s not addon related.

This is a first step to analyze the problem.

There is some additional troubleshooting for disconnections you can find here. If you still encounter disconnections and lag spikes after the linked troubleshooting, you can open a ticket with customer support. In your support ticket include a game consultant report.
