Dedicate an entire patch to reviewing and updating every ability and set in the game and maybe reviewing the way damage is scaled to allow a more hybrid play style. So many useless abilities, morphs and sets. I want to see sorcerers cursing opponents while swinging a huge mace into the head.

If you balance them separately, you end up with a WoW situation where you have two very different sets of gear and people running around doing dungeons in pvp gear/pvp specced, and then others pvping in dungeon gear/dungeon specced.
The game should be balanced for PVP, not PVE. Instead:
1) Balance the game for PVP.
2) Adjust PVE on the mob side, where it causes issues with pvp balanced characters.
Its way easier that way.
Remove class system , let the player pick the skills themselves .
Race only for outlook , passive can be chosen as well .
Yup , what I mean is turn into skill tree system .
It's the best way to balance for a game developer .
Hire a new IT team , start to fix the lag issues from now
