can you perform a dizzying swing while sprinting? or is it one or the other at a time? thank you

yea i understand that, i guess i was looking more towards cowards 5 pc with 2h set but seems kinda pointless almost

Cowards could be viable on the back bar depending on the build the build. Generally, you are playing either offense or defense and need to consider both

best way to play a dizzy swing build is stamsorc with medium armor, hurricane+speed pots.

You can't sprint and dizzy but you can ''walk'' really, really fast.

yea was gonna run 2h main bar and snb back bar to give me more speed on 2h bar
