Entitlement? No. Scarcity, yes...
There's a WHOLE lot more DPS players than there are Tanks and healers. It's always been this way for dungeon queues. This is also why I never queue alone as DPS. I always run with my buddy that plays a healer, and when he wants to DPS, I log in with my tank. It's always insta-queue for us. Most of the time it's us queuing as a Tank-Healer duo. That was I know I'll have good heals, and he doesn't need to worry about agro.
